Chelsea continued to play volatile offers in recent times, drawing against its host Bournemouth on Saturday (2-2), in the 28th round of the English Premier League.
Bournemouth scored both goals, Jefferson Lerma (54) and Joshua King (57), while Chelsea Marcos Alonso scored (33 and 85).
With this, Bournemouth raised its score to 27 points, in 17th place, and Chelsea’s balance increased to 45 points, in fourth place.
Bournemouth posed the first danger in the game in the fourth minute, after Philip Billing received a cross into the penalty area, to hit Caballero brilliance in tackling it.
The level of the match fell, with Chelsea taking the ball further, without creating serious chances.
Chelsea opened the score in the 33rd minute, after James sent a cross from the right side, and arrived at Giroud, who hit a ball that hit the crossbar, to be followed by Alonso with a missile that hit the net.
With the start of the second half, and in the 47th minute, Alonso passed a cross pass from the left side of Giroud, free from oversight inside the penalty area, but the French striker hit next to the post.
Bournemouth leveled the score in the 54th minute, after Lerma climbed up across from a corner kick by Fraser, making a perfect header that netted Caballero’s net.
Bournemouth added the second goal in the 57th minute, after Stacey sent a perfect cross from the right side of Joshua King into the empty goal of his goalkeeper, to score easily.
Lampard made two switches at once, in the 64th minute, with Willian and Barclay going down at the expense of Tomori and Jorgino.
Lampard pushed his third card, by landing Patchway at the expense of Jiro, in the 72nd minute.
Upon entering, the Belgian managed to score the equalizer for the Blues, but the match referee canceled it for offside.
Azbelicuita missed a certain opportunity to score, in the 82nd minute, as he hit the edge of the 6-yard area, but his ball went away.
Alonso scored the equalizer for Chelsea (2-2), in the 85th minute, after Pedro hit a powerful ball, saved by Bournemouth keeper and followed by Alonso to make it 2-2
